Cancellation Policy
I aim to provide a flexible and respectful service for all clients. This policy is in place to support clear communication and help ensure appointment times are used fairly and effectively.
Cancelling or Rescheduling an Appointment
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows the appointment time to be offered to another client who may be waiting for support.
Late Cancellations
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee of 50% of the session cost.
I understand that unexpected situations can arise. If your cancellation is due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, please get in touch as soon as possible. These situations will be considered with care and understanding on a case-by-case basis.
Missed Appointments / No-Shows
If you do not attend your appointment and no notice is provided, the full session fee (100%) will apply.

Refunds
For any prepaid sessions, refunds will be handled as follows:
- ✓More than 24 hours' notice: Full refund
- ✓Less than 24 hours' notice: Refund less the applicable cancellation fee
- ×No-shows without notice: No refund
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the scheduled time, and the full session fee will remain payable.
If I am ever late to your appointment, I will do my best to either provide the full session time or adjust the fee where appropriate.
Changes to This Policy
This Cancellation Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in practice, booking procedures, or legal requirements. The most current version will always be available on this website.
